The view is always breathtaking and the proximity to Dinard center is unparalleled.

Communication with interhome in Switzerland was not as crisp as usual ahead of the trip and emails regarding the booking were answered several days after being sent.

Emplacement super, à proximité du bord de plage pour une balade à la fraicheur. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Un énorme marché le samedi. Départ des bateaux-navette pour St Malo et Dinan juste en face de l'appartement.

La propreté de l'appartement un peu limite. Chambre coté rue bruyante nécessiterait un double vitrage. Coté salon il manque des volets roulants pour les jours de canicule.

The location and view from this property is amazing. We were able to park outside and the apartment is so close to the sea, the ferry to St Malo, local restaurants and shops, whilst being a quiet corner of Dinard. The bedroom looks onto the road so a small amount of traffic noise but nothing serious and it was great to be able to walk everywhere.

The apartment is in need of updating and is rather tired and apparently it is due for refurbishment next winter (2026/27). However,this is not an excuse for the state we found it in. The bedding is cheap and the pillows need replacing as are rather stained. The bathroom and the kitchen need a deep clean. The windows and glass balconies need some attention as are filthy - I know keeping windows clean by the sea is difficult due to the salt in the air - but these had not been cleaned for some time. The toilet bowl was wobbly and had been leaking for sometime so we reported this to the letting agent. All it needs is some attention and a good clean!
