Très bien situé

Un bon rafraîchissement du logement

L'emplacement est idéal, à coté de tout à Dinard : le centre ville à 5min, au pied de la promenade du Clair de Lune et de la mer. La vue est incroyable. Agence très réactive, le volet de la chambre ne marchait plus. Et même s'il n'a pu être réparé quand j'y étais, j'ai pu avoir une compensation.

L'immeuble est mal insonorisé et on entend tous les voisins. L'appartement mériterait un petit rafraichissement au niveau de la cuisine et de la salle de bain (faire passer la multiprise sur la plaque de cuisson pour utiliser la bouilloire, etc...).

The location and view from this property is amazing. We were able to park outside and the apartment is so close to the sea, the ferry to St Malo, local restaurants and shops, whilst being a quiet corner of Dinard. The bedroom looks onto the road so a small amount of traffic noise but nothing serious and it was great to be able to walk everywhere.

The apartment is in need of updating and is rather tired and apparently it is due for refurbishment next winter (2026/27). However,this is not an excuse for the state we found it in. The bedding is cheap and the pillows need replacing as are rather stained. The bathroom and the kitchen need a deep clean. The windows and glass balconies need some attention as are filthy - I know keeping windows clean by the sea is difficult due to the salt in the air - but these had not been cleaned for some time. The toilet bowl was wobbly and had been leaking for sometime so we reported this to the letting agent. All it needs is some attention and a good clean!
