Lovely shower but a mess to dry the floor afterwards. One could come up with a better plan of keeping the water in the shower.

Great location in Greenpoint, just up the hill from Giovanni's. Great wifi, AC & it was super clean. Very cute space and comfortable. I loved the look and feel. The codes and safety gates were very easy to manage.

The studio was a bit small & compact. And the shower was tiny. The water went all over the floor as if you were in a bathroom on a sailboat. The 'kitchen' sink as well as the washer and dryer were outside the apartment which was a bit odd. The kitchen was also lacking some things.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, and a beautiful and quiet spot off the main road. The room was brilliant with great kitchen and washing facilities. I was really impressed and grateful for the excellent communication from the host before and during our stay. Thank you!

The only downside for us was there was no parking for the accommodation. However, the street parking was perfectly adequate.

Die Lage ist gut und die Wohnung ist super für eine kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist schick und liebevoll. Das Einchecken hat problemlos geklappt.

Ein Fenstergriff war abgebrochen und das Fenster war während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht schließbar. Man hätte problemlos durch das Fenster in die Wohnung einsteigen können. Man teilte uns nach dem Check-In am ersten Abend mit, dass erst übermorgen (nach zwei Nächten) jemand zum reparieren kommen könne. Der Manager teilte weiter mit, dass er per CCTV ein Auge drauf halten würde!?! Letztendlich ist niemand während 5 Tagen Aufenthalt (Mo.-Fr.) gekommen, um das Fenster zu reparieren. Wir mussten kreativ mit eigenem GoPro Equipment eine Lösung zusammenschrauben. Zudem ist die Dusche, wie viele andere bereits beschrieben hatten, sehr schlecht. Das gesamte Bad flutet bei jedem Duschgang.
