Greenpoint Haven

The place was clean, close to the V&A waterfront (walking distance). Central with restaurants close by. The check-in instructions were clear, which made the check-in process very easy. The wifi works well, stable and easy to connect to. I enjoyed my stay. There was no noise even in the neighborhood, except the construction close by.

I would have loved to cook my own meal, but I tried using the stove with no luck. I was also uncomfortable with the lace curtain not covering the window. I felt like there was no privacy every time I opened the curtain. I was also uncomfortable with the cleaning lady waiting on the door for me to move out. Even though she didn't knock, I felt she could have waited for 10 am check-out time far from the unit because by 8:55 I was already moving out since I missed home already. It kind of felt awkward to find her just outside the door, even worse when she asked that I leave the key hanging on the door. I mean I still needed to open the gate with the remote. Otherwise I will come back because enjoyed staying there.

Greenpoint Haven provided an excellent base to be able to spend a week in Cape Town. From booking to checking in, the process was completed with ease. The flat is comfortable and well equipped. The views are super. Having a parking is a real bonus in this area. Thank you for providing good accommodation.

I liked the view.

I wasn’t happy with the curtains they’re not positioned properly, appear unclean, and are torn. I also noticed two cockroaches when I walked in. Please could you address this.
