Cascades 608 Studio in Green Point

Very peaceful and private , we loved the view we have a great time with my partner great vacation, everything we needed was there close to shops and main road . Safety was the outstanding and quietness .

Next time put extra clean towels , we stayed for 5 days using the same towels till the last day , and used them for the leaking toilet . they brought clean ones after we called . Please fix your leaking toilet it’s not nice to come out from the shower on the wet floor .

Great communication and direction from staff. Comfortable big bed. Modern and spacious room/ living area. Good location and felt safe.

The location is great - within walking distance to the V&A waterfront. Ample soap and shower gel provided.

The place could do with a "spruce up" and a lick of paint. The checking out process is extremely inconvenient to clients. You are expected to move your car out and try to find parking in busy Green Point (on a Saturday morning - close to impossible!), then go back inside and up to the 6th floor to leave the keys in the lockbox. When I queried whether there was not a way to leave the keys somewhere downstairs, I was told that it was in the "rules" that the keys should be taken back up. But they could not provide a copy of said "rules" when I requested them. After we had checked out, I received a number of messages from the establishment requesting that I give them a score of "10". I did not respond to those messages.
