The view and location were undeniably the best part of our stay! Also, the host was so accommodating! The place was clean and served us well.
In summer months, this apartment is directly under the roof and is more of a hot attic feel. AC in France in general is kind of rare or just barely there. We would not have been able to stay in our apartment at all during the day and only able to tolerate it at night due to opening all windows. Also, if you are tall, this place is not for you. Lastly, the bathroom was barely workable for the amount of people that this place can accommodate.

View from the apartment was amazing. It had 3 rooms and had ACs and Fans. Host was very nice and the cleaning lady was super helpful to us. You can see the Eiffel tower from all the rooms. The kitchen was stocked. Apartment was super clean and kept well. Really nice. Wished we stayed there longer.
Nothing was a disappointment. Since the apartment was in the attic, it may not be easy to walk around for taller people . No lift is another issue but we didn't mind it.

Location is AMAZING. View was AMAZING. Host and their responsiveness was AMAZING. It felt like they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved the apartment as it is unique and made you feel like you got an authentic Parisian attic apartment experience. Would 100% stay here again.
Some things associated with being an attic apartment may be seen as an issue (bathroom down a flight of stairs), but it trivial and made no difference to us. We (and our kids - 3 boys) loved the experience, view, and location - we went to Paris with several other families and they were all jealous of our experience!

The owner was very sweet and shared a video with us about the apartment before arrival. He was available throughout our stay whenever we had questions or needed anything. He shared about his family and the best spots to get food around the flat. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and loved being there during Paris Football. The views from the apartment were stunning, we loved laying in bed and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle!
I would give a heads up to future renters that there is no lift in the flat, the only option is stairs. But once you reach the flat the views make it worth it!
