Nice apartment good location outside the city walls.

Quiet location and easy to walk to the city center. Good size property for 5 people. Owner very organised and punctual. Everything in the flat worked well. Fans in the room kept us cool even though the temperatures outside were really hot.

Do not stay at this property. Poor management

Nothing.

No one could call this property “wonderful” as one (possibly fake)reviewer noted. Much of the property description is either false or misleading. The owner Manuel was SO rude to us it was appalling. At one point we stated we would be there at one or 130 but later texted him to say our train was delayed and we would not be there until 2 o’clock. At that point we have no idea how to get into the building, it was very difficult to find and he finally responded and he said I waited for you “now its your turn to wait for me”. When he showed up, he was bawling us out and yelling at us and he barely showed us anything in the apartment and he was clearly very angry and abrasive and rude. We’ve never been treated this way by anyone in the hospitality industry. Furthermore, it’s an apartment so there’s not a front desk or anywhere to check in. You have to wait for the owner to show up when you show up. Not the most convenient situation. The property description says there’s a front desk/concierge at the hotel. There is no hotel this is someone’s private apartment and it’s not in the best of shape to see the least. It’s rundown and not in a great neighbourhood. You have to stand outside of a poorly marked building and wait. At one point when I asked if there’s air-conditioning he yelled and said read the description- didn’t you know there’s no air-conditioning. He pointed to a fan that is in three pieces & couldn’t be assembled. In summary he was very rude and didn’t care how we treated his guest or accommodated them. It’s pretty bare bones property not a great neighbourhood and very difficult to find. Good luck if you choose to stay at this property. After treating us with rudeness, he walked around all huffy and just left. No English- only French.

Il problema principale purtroppo è stato che tutta la notte i vicini hanno litigato con urla forti e rumori vari e ci hanno tenuto spesso svegli. So comunque che non è stato un problema del host che è una brava persona

Kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil man uns nicht in die Unterkunft hinein gelassen hat, obwohl wir uns verabredet hatten.😡

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig gebucht und mitgeteilt, dass wir erst kurz nach 22:00 Uhr dort eintreffen werden. Wir waren tatsächlich um 22:05 Uhr vor der Unterkunft. Der Betreiber hat über seinen Sohn ausrichten lassen, dass sie uns nur bis 22:00 Uhr hätten hineinlassen wollen. Wegen den 5 Minuten konnten wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr beziehen und haben auch kein Geld zurückbekommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen!!! Wir haben deswegen die Nacht im Auto verbringen müssen !😡

Pas appréciable du tout

L'acceuil était bien. Les chambres grandes, l'appartement est situé pas très loin des remparts une quinzaine de minutes à pieds

Dès notre arrivée, on nous informe qu'il ne faut pas garer notre vehicule d'un côté car on risque de se le faire escinté, ça ne rassure pas, malheureusement très déçu pour plusieurs raisons : nuit infernale avec énormément de bruit des voisins nous n'avons simplement pas dormi (on entend tout dans les vieux appartements), bouillard inutilisable pleine de calcaire (voir photo), grille pain pas très propre ainsi que le plateau sur lequel il est posé (voir photo), salle de bain pas propre laisse à désirer (trace de peinture partout, tablette sur le lavabo inutilisable et en mauvais état on ne peu rien poser dessus car mal fixée (voir photo), toilette nettoyant mais pleine de traces calcaires (avec un simple produit nettoyant cela pourrait être fait voir photo), interrupteur decollé (danger pour les enfants), le canapé couvert par un plaide pour couvrir son tres mauvais etat (salle)

넓은 방 2개와 거실 부엌이 분리되어 있는 깨끗한 아파트먼트입니다. 편안한 침대와 깨끗한 침구, 요리 기구가 잘 갖춰져 있어 좋았어요. 화장실과 거실의 히터가 잘 가동되었고 온수도 잘 나왔어요. 작은 엘리베이터가 있어 짐 옮기기에 도움이 되고 주차가 편하고 창문에 나무로 된 전통적인 덧문이 아주 유용했어요. 빛차단과 단열. 방음에 최고입니다. 늦은 체크인에 직접 열쇠를 건네주고 친절하게 안내해주신 호스트에 감사드려요.
