Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (apartament między plażą a starówką i blisko dworca), nowoczesne mieszkanie z dwoma nowoczesnymi telewizorami. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Pomocny właściciel.
Za każdym razem przy puszczeniu wody jest huk na całe mieszkanie, ale wydaje mi się, że jest to problem w każdym z mieszkań w tej kamienicy. Od czasu do czasu klimatyzacja w jednym z pokoi nie chciała działać pomimo wymiany baterii w pilocie.

La propiedad está a nuevo! Es muy linda, todo impecable! Completa, no le falta nada! Es amplia, cómoda, silenciosa! Está estratégicamente muy bien ubicada, a pie son aproximadamente 15/18 minutos a la playa, al centro, a Bari vecchia… me gustó!
De la propiedad en si no hubo nada que no me haya gustado, pero debo ser sincera, es un poco tedioso que el edificio no tenga ascensor, sobre todo si van personas mayores o con alguna dificultad para subir las escaleras todos los días

Guido, il proprietario è molto disponibile. Ci ha addirittura raggiunto in bici poiché abbiamo soggiornato durante la festa di San Nicola. Casa graziosa e con tutti i comforts. Siamo atletici e il terzo piano non ci è pesato. Tutto pulito e profumato.
È una residenza storica e l'acqua arriva con autoclave. Sempre disponibile ma non proprio silenzioso durante l'erogazione. Quando non si usa ovviamente non si sente niente.

I rate my stay in the apartment very highly. The apartment is clean, recently renovated, and very well equipped (both the kitchen and bathroom).
My only complaint is the internet access. There is internet, but it's impossible to connect to it. I suggest asking the owner for help with the connection when you first meet with them.
