The apartment are comfortable.
At the check-in, nobody met us t the apartment, and there were no keys in the box indicated in the host's message. I had to call to the Booking.com Call Center by a British number. We had received a quick message back from the host that the keys can be found in a different box (not that indicated in the previous host message). Finally, the problem has been fortunately solved, many thanks from all of us to the person in the Call Center who got my call, and to the host quick answer.
Certainly, the check-in procedure must be improved!
