Lokalizacja jest wielkim atutem tego miejsca, do plaży jest około 10 min, do centrum około 25 min przechodząc deptakiem obok morza lub uliczkami ze sklepami. W okolicy jest mnóstwo knajpeczek, kawiarni, piekarni, kilka sklepów do których można doskoczyć w 5 minut, supermarket 10 min na nogach. Bari jako baza wypadowa - super. Dla osób z autem - przy plaży parking w cenie 1EUR za dzień, przy apartamencie czy innych uliczkach trzeba liczyć 10EUR za dzień.
Klimatyzacja wymagałaby serwisu, chłodzi jak należy, ale działa dosyć głośno.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką – niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze szybko odpowiadała na nasze pytania. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Jedynie brakowało nam suszarki na pranie. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest świetna – zarówno do centrum, jak i na plażę można dojść spacerem w około 10–15 minut. Zaledwie 10 minut od obiektu znajduje się lokalny targ, na którym można kupić świeże owoce, warzywa, ryby oraz owoce morza. Tuż za rogiem mieści się również doskonała piekarnia Violante, którą gorąco polecamy. Jeżeli ponownie będziemy w Bari, to chcielibyśmy znowu zatrzymać się w tym apartamencie.
