Central loft full comfort

Удобное расположение для нашего 3 дневного путешествия в Бари семьей из 2 взрослых и 2 детей 18 и 9 лет. Одинаково идти что до пляжа, что до центра. Рядом хороший супермаркет, много кафе и автобусные остановки. Очень удобные матрасы. Правда детские кровати маловаты для наших детей, но они стандартные. Удобные 2 санузла. Отдельное спасибо, что разместили нас пораньше! Это было очень нам нужно после ночного перелета!

Не работает сушильная машина и лифт, но для нас это было не критично.

Appartamento nuovo, molto fornito e pulito. In una posizione abbastanza centrale, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla città vecchia. Camere e bagni spaziosi.

Dispiace non aver conosciuto il proprietario, che è stato comunque molto gentile ma a distanza. Sarebbe bello avere un rapporto dal vivo quando si viaggia, per poter conoscere persone del posto. Non c'è possibilità di deposito bagagli.

Location was great, close to the see and old town. Close to all city spots (10-15min). Good and nice apartment. It has all what you need for pleasant stay. Two bathrooms, two sleeping rooms. In one room the beds were less comfortable. Nice terrace where you can smoke if you want. Hot water without any problems. Clean. Permanent hot water.

First two days we had problem with heating. It was cold, because the owner did not allowed to increase temperature in apartment. He said that is some local law for energy consumption and temperature need to be from 19C to max 21C. In winter time that is too low. Central heating was locked so you can not change it. After some negotiations He decide to rise temperature on 21C in system. It is probably the same in summer with AC. There was no live contact with owner. Only SMS with delayed answers and communication.
