Die Ausstattung, die Lage, sehr bequem

Nagyon kényelmes volt a főhálóban a memóriahabos matrac. Konyha felszerelt volt mindennel, volt mosogatószer, mosogatógéptabletta, olaj, só, fűszerek, szinte minden. Nekünk nagyjából mindig volt parkolóhely, ha 2-3 napra érkezünk akkor még a parkolás fizetése sem megterhelő. 1 EUR/óra. Az utca végén, a Via Ragusa végén balra van egy Supermercado hatalmas választékkal, 1000x jobb mint a Lidl.

Nagyon jól esett volna egy behűtött hideg víz, erre nagyon sok szállásadó nem gondol. A figyelmeztető táblák szerintem nem kellenének, hangulatromboló, nem otthonos ezáltal. A bejárati ajtón nem egyszerű bejutni, többszöri próbálkozára sikerült, talán ezeket az utasításokat/videókat pár nappal előtte el lehetne juttatni, hogy legyen idő átnézni, mert utazás előtt 1 nappal már erre nincs idő, és ott állni a lépcsőházban, szenvedni. A videon nem érthető, hogy a lakáshoz bejutásnál hol kell megérinteni a panelt.

stationnement un peu compliqué mais faisable

Location was great, close to the see and old town. Close to all city spots (10-15min). Good and nice apartment. It has all what you need for pleasant stay. Two bathrooms, two sleeping rooms. In one room the beds were less comfortable. Nice terrace where you can smoke if you want. Hot water without any problems. Clean. Permanent hot water.

First two days we had problem with heating. It was cold, because the owner did not allowed to increase temperature in apartment. He said that is some local law for energy consumption and temperature need to be from 19C to max 21C. In winter time that is too low. Central heating was locked so you can not change it. After some negotiations He decide to rise temperature on 21C in system. It is probably the same in summer with AC. There was no live contact with owner. Only SMS with delayed answers and communication.
