nous avons fait face à une augmentation de tarif de dernière minute, impossible à assumer financièrement, à la veille de
Le tarif convenu par écrit était de 77 € par nuit. Pourtant, une augmentation d’environ 80 € a été ajoutée par la suite, sans notre accord, et communiquée la veille ou le jour même de notre arrivée, alors que nous étions en pleine période d’examens. Ce montant était impossible à assumer pour nous, sans aucune considération pour notre situation. Depuis la fin du séjour, nous attendons toujours le remboursement de la caution. Malgré plusieurs relances, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse. Face à ce silence total, nous avons été contraints d’envoyer un courrier recommandé afin d’obtenir des nouvelles et récupérer notre caution. Nous regrettons ce manque de communication et de professionnalisme, d’autant plus au vu de notre situation d’étudiants.

En résumé un très bon séjour pour la partie confort, localisation, propreté etc. Un gros bémol sur la partie TV, la box
Appartement très sympas La déco est cosy La pièce de vie est spacieuse La cuisine très bien équipée La chambre très bien et calme La salle de bain très bien aussi
Je n’avais pas de wifi les deux premiers jours et donc du coup pas de TV non plus puisque reliée à internet uniquement. Après une demande une box 5G a été installée pour la partie Wifi pour le fin de mon séjour mais pas de TV non plus puisque le menu SmartTV ne permet pas d’accéder aux chaînes classiques juste des applications qui si vous n’avez pas de comptes (Netflix,…) sont donc inutilisables.
