Arodamos Residence Mariou

The location is so beautiful! You have a view of both the ocean and the mountains and you can sit outside and have breakfast/dinner on your own patio. The owner has a sweet elderly dog who sometimes peeks around the corner of the fence, very cute. The owners are very kind, only saw Mr Michaelis a few times, he was never intrusive and we felt like we had all the privacy we needed. Mr Pavlos provided some great tips for things to do and see in the neighborhood. We visited Skinaria beach instead of Plakias, which was the best choice for us, because we prefer smaller, more quiet beaches. Places to so groceries are nearby, 10 minute drive away.

This seems to be a Crete thing, but the spring mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. The shower is easy to overflow by accident when you're showering. The kitchen lacked a good knife and a good rasp. But other than that no notes!

Everything was perfect, we have privacy, beautiful views and comfortable place.

Μια υπέροχη κατοικία, σε φοβερή τοποθεσία. Η τέλεια επιλογή για χαλάρωση, ησυχία αλλά παράλληλα είσαι κοντά στον Πλακιά. Κρίμα που δεν μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε παραπάνω μέρες, αλλά σίγουρα στο μέλλον αν βρεθούμε πάλι στην περιοχή, θα το προτειμίσουμε. Ευχαριστούμε τους οικοδεσπότες για την φιλοξενία!

Everything was great! The apartment was clean and in a nice and quiet location up in the hill with private parking. It was well equipped and the outdoor area had amazing views. Very friendly owners and they offered us wine, marmalade and extra figs and grapes from their garden.
