Location is about 30min by Didi (Uber) from the glass bridge Canyon and 10 min by hotel shuttle in the other direction to the entrance of the avatar mountain portion of the park and an awesome town to wander around in by the river. It is located about an hour away from the city where the train station and airport and Heavens gate cable car. We used a Didi from there also. Could spend last night when going to Heavens gate in the city for less commuting. Really liked the staff as well. They were very helpful in getting organized and pre purchased our park tickets for us, so no line ups for tickets before entering. We did not have time to do the tea experience but it would have been lovely. They have laundry facilities on the roof and the breakfast was great.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and it was very good! Hotel management always helpful, rooms are modern designed and spacious. Very international hotel, many tourists from different countries. Close to East gate of Avatar mountains and Yellow Dragon Cave. Hotel offers tea ceremony and traditional costume services. Worth to try!

OMG wonderful stay… 5 nights and it truly felt like home. The staff (Lin, MAO LIAN “Thanks”, jia, Libby, David, Deng Meirong) went above and beyond in every way. They supported us with everything we asked for, and when we needed to go to the hospital, a team member came with us (Thanks to Libby). That kind of care is rare, and we'll never forget it. The service was warm, genuine, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Thank you to the entire team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
