The owner was absolutely delicious and the rooms is located very close to all the attraction of Antiparos town, 5' from the ferry, with a supermarket in front. It can sleep four in two adjacent rooms, with a diminutive kitchen and simple bathroom and two lovely balconies/terraces that are calm and comfy.
This is a very noisy place at night as party goers and mopeds go around until 3am. Mosquitoes also a major problem in August. Cleanliness is not great, as the wonderful elderly owner clearly struggles to keep up. As notes by others the place is much more basic and 1980s than shown on photos. Pretty OK if you come prepared, but not great value even in August.
