Relaxing seaside stay with warm hospitality

This was our second time staying at Stavros Studio, and once again, it was a lovely experience. We stayed for a week and were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The studio was clean, well-equipped with a kitchen, and located right in front of the sea such a beautiful view! Daily cleaning was a big plus, and the hosts kindly provided a baby park bed, which was very thoughtful. The area has nice restaurants nearby and it’s a short walk to Piso Livadi with even more options. Thank you to the whole Stavros family for your hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

The only small issue was the mattress — we had requested an ano stroma (topper)

Perfect

Everything was perfect. I had a cosy and clean apartment with sea view. The hotel is within a walking distance from the sea. The place and the entire aria is quite, very good for relaxation. There are restaurants near the location and a market can be found within a short car ride. The owner is very friendly and offers useful information about what to visit on the island.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, very close to beach and incredible value for money

Our stay at Stavros studios was wonderful! The family are so friendly & welcoming. It is such a quiet area, and so close to the beach - only a 1 minute walk. The studio was a great size, very clean, with a a lovely little balcony looking out to olive trees. The kitchen has what we needed to make our breakfast. The studios are also incredible value for money. Thank you for our stay, we will be back!

Excellent value for money choice!

Mr. Stavros is very kind, the hotel room very nice and in a great location. The beach is at a 100m reach from the hotel for the ones that don’t want to move around. Clean, spacious enough for 2 people and easy to find.

Hidden gem away from the tourists on Logaras Beach

Very comfortable stay for 4 nights. Stavros and family were very kind and warm. I felt like I was staying with a family but with my own privacy. I arrived late in the night due to ferry delay and Stavros was kind to stay up to welcome me after I informed him of my delays. The Logaras beach is just a 2min walk from the property.

I did not have an issue with the location since I like to drive and stay away from the buzz. Although it is important to note for people looking to stay near Paralia and Naoussa, Logaras is a 30mins drive from Paralia across Lefkes, up and down the mountainous road. Also, the housekeeper comes in daily to clean up the room with just one knock and she opened the door with her keys without my permission. Twice I was in the room and told her I don’t need the service as I keep the room clean. On the 3rd day, I told her she could do the cleaning but she clear up my plastic bags which I set aside in the cabinet to keep for remaining journey. I understand she meant well although it will be good to be more aware of privacy issues. What if I’m underdressed or with someone in the room, which was not my issue since I travel solo, but the property needs to be mindful. Maybe Stavros can consider a way to indicate cleaning intention on the door.

- clean and beautiful property - location very convenient, less than 1 min walk to beach. 3-min walk to bus stop, with nice restaurants and shops in between and around. 8-10 min walk to Piso Livadi - very friendly and accommodating family owners, Stavros even offered to give me a ride to the bigger supermarket - thank you for that! 😀 - sea view is really sea view

- great if housekeeping could knock first before entering the room rather than just come inside right away, esp. on a beach holiday so the guest/s don’t get caught off-guard, since it’s strictly on a daily basis (but she’s very nice!)

We have come to Paros for a few days and we have stayed here. The truth is that we are very happy and satisfied, the attention has been exceptional and the apartments are next to the beach. Couldn’t speak highly enough about my stay in Stavros Studios. Firstly, Stavro and his daughter are very lovely and very welcoming, they offer assistance at any time and are very helpful with recommendations as well. The stay at Stavros Studios was great, the room is very clean, with a comfortable bed, kitchenette and good bathroom. My room had two outdoor areas. The location is a little bit of a distance from the town centre Naousa, but Stavros Studios is based next to some lovely beaches, beach bars, restaurants and more. I had a great experience here.

Exceptional

Quiet, comfortable, and secure apartment close to beautiful Logaras beach and restaurants. Daily emptying on toilet bin and bath mat changed. Sheets changed after 3 days.. Excellent firm double bed. Wi fi connection was superb. Stavros is always available to help with any questions, and arranged a taxi for me to the airport at the end of my stay. Great value for money for an early season break.

We spent a month in Stavros' Studio in Logaras. Stavros and his family were absolutely adorable and made sure we felt welcomed and looked after ! The hotel is 10m from the beach and we were able to go for a swim every morning for the whole month, it was glorious ! There's a few restaurants along the beach and Piso Livadi is in easy walking distance.

Directly on Logaras Beach : we loved the Tamaris trees. 5 minutes walk from Piso Livadi. Spacious room. Daily housekeeping > Always clean ! Sheets and towels are changed regularly. Cute little balcony with a nice view. Super warm welcome and delicate attention during the week (little cakes ;) yummy). Parking spots always available in front of the residence. Cute front yard with many turtles

I can't really say anything negative about stavros studios. We had a great time and the rooms fitted our expectations for the price/comfort ratio. As a decoration professional I would probably enhance the room a little with a few withdrawals and by adding a few contemporary items (H&M home does wonders for very low budgets ;) ). But honestly, the simple greek style suits me perfectly and I would recommend it a thousand time anyways. I just hope paros county will decide someday to bury on the ground the electric wires and delete the poles in front of the studios. Unfortunately they spoil a little the beautiful view on the sea.

Silenzio e tranquillità

Un sogno! Mi sono sentita immersa nella tranquillità e serenità. Tutto silenzioso con il rumore del mare dalla finestra e a volte del vento meltemi. I signori Stavros molto riservati, gentili e disponibili. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno, non mancava nulla. Per me è stato difficile lasciare quella casa così bella e tranquilla dove mi sentivo come a casa. La posizione era ottima per una passeggiata alla mattina o alla sera lungo la bella spiaggia di fronte. Posizione molto tranquilla. Consiglio di noleggiare un auto per vivere a pieno la bellezza dell’isola di Paros. Grazie famiglia Stavros, ci ho lasciato il cuore, tornerò.

Consigliatissimo!!!

La posizione a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Logaras, lo studios accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. La pulizia, ogni giorno veniva sistemato e pulito con cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Il Sig.Stavros gentilissimo e super disponibile, ci ha consigliato dove mangiare e ha contattato personalmente un driver per portarci al porto per il traghetto. Ottimo!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Limpieza diaria. Habitaciones con todo lo necesario. Párking en las instalaciones. Muy buena atención del personal. La playa justo en la puerta. Sin duda, repetiría en este alojamiento si volviera a Paros.

Preisgünstige Unterkunft in toller Lage

Super zentrale Lage, sehr netter Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Küche war gut ausgestattet, mit Sandwich Toaster. Es gab eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Alle drei Tage wurden die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Konnten nach dem Auschecken wegen unseres späten Fluges noch in der Anlage duschen.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo risceglierei

Struttura accogliente, a due passi dal mare. Spiaggia di fronte alla stanza. Vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e a 5 minuti a piedi da Piso Livadi. A 300 metri sulla destra c'è una spiaggia bellissima Punda beach di sabbia fine. Stavro, il proprietario e i suoi genitori, sono persone splendide, accoglienti e disponibili in tutto. Il parcheggio è di fronte la struttura. E a 1km c'è un supermarket fornito.

La pulizia della stanza potrebbe migliorare ma avremmo potuto chiederlo. Comunque va bene lo stesso.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons chez M Stavros et l'accueil est toujours à la hauteur de la convivialité grecque. Toujours très bien reçu avec une touche familiale qui fait apprécier tout l'environnement. La propreté est irréprochable et tout le monde est très gentil et cordial. L'emplacement est top, tout près de la plage et des restaurants. Merci à M. Stavros et à ses parents, nous reviendrons
