Изключително добра локация. На пешеходно разстояние до стария град, морето, главната, пешеходна, търговска улица, много ресторанти и кафенета. Чисто и оборудвано с всичко необходимо. Липсва само кафе машина. За 5 човека е повече от комфортно. Достъпът е без ключове, а през телефона с линкове, което е голямо удобство.
През цялото време имахме проблем с парното и топлата вода. Налягането беше ниско. Трябваше да настройваме газовото котле. След тази настройка топлата водя се появи, но когато пуснем парното, топлата вода спираше. Парното се изключва автоматично след 4 часа. Апартаментът е с много високи тавани и се затопля трудно. В студения януари не беше комфортно без отопление. Комуникацията е само със съобщения, на които получавахме отговор веднага, с инструкции как да се справим сами с проблемите. За топлите месеци апартаментът ще бъде идеален.

Очень понравились апартаменты. Место , роскошная квартира с тремя чистыми спальнями.
Тарелки и посуда была не очень чистые. Но это мелочи.

* Good location, about 15 minutes walking distance from the train station
* Only 5 minutes from the seafront
* Spacious apartment, suitable for three families
* Elevator available in the building (although very old and small, fits only two people)
* The apartment was very cold during the entire stay and heating seemed insufficient. Traveling with three 3-year-old children, this was the biggest concern, as we were constantly worried they might get sick.
* Doors are extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest because every opening or closing sounds very loud.
* The second bathroom is extremely small and had a strong unpleasant smell.
* The main bathroom had several cleanliness issues: dirty toilet, visible mold in the shower, and one sink almost clogged.
* The photos on Booking do not accurately reflect the real condition of the apartment.
* Floors were visibly dirty, bed lamps were broken, and kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned.
* The fridge had a strong unpleasant smell.
* No extra blankets were provided in any room despite the low indoor temperature.
* Pillows were very thin and uncomfortable.
* Children’s cots were dirty.
