Everything was great, a quiet area on a dead-end street, lots of nice additions like a surrounding olive garden, football field, basketball hoop, I enjoyed the rooftop with a terrific view of the sea and Bari.
Lots of beautiful birds, even a peacock :)
Plenty of spaces to park.
It is a villa. A place to enjoy nature, air, life, and relax.

It has everything you need, it is close to the bus station, every 30 min to city center. Supermarket si 15 min away by walking, the location is very quite.

Bellissima casa, nuova di zecca, con un bel giardino e pure una gattina di decoro (datele da mangiare e una copertina, se potete!)
Ci siamo organizzati sulla base della presenza della ricarica per auto elettriche, che non c'era. La location non era delle migliori. Difficilissimo passare in auto sulla stradina perché molte auto parcheggiano, dovuto a un palasport di fronte. A volte parcheggiano pure di fronte al cancello per entrare nella casa perché non è stato dichiarato a passo carrabile. Zona dintorni un po' meh.
