Lokalizacja i czystość. Przestronne pomieszczenia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem -Giusi. Cicha, spokojna okolica( byliśmy w październiku).
Bardzo słabe wyposażenie dolnej kuchni i łazienki ( brak wieszaków, szklanek, kieliszków do wina, naczyń, w łazience brak szafki lub wieszaka na ręcznik), ubogie wyposażenie dwóch sypialni (dwie wyposażone tylko w łóżka). Pomimo rezerwacji całego domu, zamknięte i wyłączone jedno pomieszczenie. Po interwencji zostało udostępnione. W ofercie wskazano widok na ogród i taras, tymczasem ogród stanowił niewielki betonowy plac że stołem i krzesłami w otoczeniu śmietników. Tak zwany ogród nie był ogrodzony. Tarasem było wejście do domu.

Easy walk to the train station and out of the main city. Plenty of eating spots and a small beach area close by.
Felt that through windows on bottom

Big property for a group of 7. Bus station right in front of the house. Train is at 15 minutes walk. Market at 10 minutes. It was close to a public rocky beach in Palese. When we did not feel like traveling to the city we had that option. Giuse was helpful and nice. We had an evening flight so they let us put our luggage on the terrace that day and even covered them when it started raining. Thank uu!
The property needs a little renovation. The upstairs bathroom was leaking and had to mop after using the toilet or shower. The basement had a little smell. The kitchen is not that equiped, we had a little pan for cooking and 2 pots but lots of dishes.
We were tired but the beds were not comfortable.

Pas grand chose ...
-Manque de sérieux de la propriétaire qui a attendu le jour du voyage pour nous demander de régler des taxes. Nous avons réglé les taxes juste avant de prendre l'avion, dans une terrible angoisse, sans savoir comment nous aurions les clés à notre arrivée tard le soir. Avec deux jeunes enfants, c'est tout simplement affreux. Nous n'avions pas réussi à entrer en contact avec la propriétaire, en dépit de nos messages une semaine avant. Inadmissible.
-Un appartement pas si propre, poussière sous les lits et le canapé.
-Équipement de la cuisine lamentable. Une cocotte, une petite casserole et une poêle pour 8 personnes.
-Aucun produit d'entretien ni sacs poubelle.
-8 verres de cantine, et rien d'autre. Pour un pays du vin, c'est limite.
-Aucune lampe de chevet dans les chambres. On éteint à la porte, et on va se coucher dans le noir.
-Pas de rideaux ni volets dans les chambres du bas. Attendez-vous à être réveillé aux aurores. J'avais posé la question à propos de l'obscurité dans les chambres, suite à la remarque d'un vacancier. La propriétaire m'avait affirmé avec un beau culot, qu'il n'y avait aucun problème.
-Fuites importantes dans les deux salles de bains.
-Douche sans flexible en bas, inutilisable pour les enfants.
-Présente inattendue d'un atelier de mécanique automobile, juste en dessous des fenêtres. Pour les grasses matinées, oubliez.
Dans l'ensemble, location très peu satisfaisante.
