Locație excelentă, view excelent. Apartamentul e decorat cu diplome, poze, medalii ale campionului olimpic la vele, fascinant pentru mine.
Ușa băii nu se închide, lucruri personale ale proprietarului, bănuiesc, lăsate în dulapuri.

Tutto...eccetto la pulizia degli ambienti non al top come, invece, tutto il resto.
La pulizia degli ambienti dovrebbe essere un po' più curata nei particolari, in diversi punti, neanche troppo nascosti, c'era polvere accumulata da un po'.
È un peccato per una struttura che potrebbe classificarsi come eccellente perché davvero bella, situata in un posto strategico e panoramico della città, dotata di ogni comfort e arredata con stile.

Prima ligging op de grens van de oude stad en een prachtig uitzicht. Ruime kamer met twee grote banken, grote eettafel, tv en goed werkende wifi. Ligt op de derde etage van een historisch pand met een prima werkende oude lift.
Slaapkamer en badkamer zijn net te klein om echt comfortabel te zijn. Bed ligt prima. Er zijn een paar onderhoudsklussen die het appartement nodig heeft.
