Beautiful, spacious apartment in a quieter area of Paris still only 10 minutes away from the centre by RER from Cité-Universitaire. Host was very communicative and pleasant and made an exception to allow us access to the property slightly early which was great as it meant we got more time exploring Paris without luggage.

Loft is very spacious and airy, and view over the Parc Montsouris is gorgeous and healing. Mme. Lagrange the concierge is incredibly helpful. Close to RER line B, so you can get anywhere in Paris very quickly. Nice neighbourhood.
Temperatures were high 30s all the time we were there. The loft doesn't have air- conditioning, though the efficient fan in one of the bedrooms helped.

je ne comprends pas la question sur le petit déjeuner, il y a du café et une boîte avec des sachets de Thé et une boîte d'infusion. C'est tout.
L'équipement est vraiment minimaliste. l'escalier n'a pas de rampe ni d'un côté ni de l'autre. les chambres ne sont pas vraiment fermées donc il peut y avoir un problème d'intimité. Nous avons eu de l'orage et du vent et nous avons eu un problème avec le rideau qui battait avec le vent et qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Il est très bien placé mais le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon.
