Kitchen and rooms had everything we needed, fitted 5 people easily. Bathroom was modern and clean. Very good location, just an 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Perpignan and 5 minutes from the train station. Air conditioning was great when it was 'tres chaud'.
Back gate was a bit of a faff to get open at first but we got there, it's definitely has a knack to opening it.

The apartment is clean, there are brand new AC in each room and the beds are comfortable. Also the private parking is useful especially in that busy area. The communication with the host was good.
First of all, there was a 400 euro secure deposit which was surprise and Booking didn't tell us that! The kitchen is basic, there is no oven, no matter what the description said! The whole building is very old, the doors are cheap and you can hear everything from everywhere in the apartment. The "garden" is actually old backyard, which the people use for parking/that's the parking from description/. The entrance of the parking is tricky, so if you have a big car be prepare for lot of maneuvers /at the same time the street has traffic/
