⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Perpignan and couldn’t have been happier. The flat was spotlessly clean, modern, and exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to an iron and many other thoughtful extras. The private parking with direct access to the apartment was a fantastic feature, making it so easy to unload the car and come and go without any hassle. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail really stood out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perpignan. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is clean, there are brand new AC in each room and the beds are comfortable. Also the private parking is useful especially in that busy area. The communication with the host was good.

First of all, there was a 400 euro secure deposit which was surprise and Booking didn't tell us that! The kitchen is basic, there is no oven, no matter what the description said! The whole building is very old, the doors are cheap and you can hear everything from everywhere in the apartment. The "garden" is actually old backyard, which the people use for parking/that's the parking from description/. The entrance of the parking is tricky, so if you have a big car be prepare for lot of maneuvers /at the same time the street has traffic/
