El check in se puede realizar tarde, con el único compromiso de no realizar ruido a partir de las 22:00 horas. El baño esta reformado y tiene ventana.
Excepto el baño, el resto necesita una actualización. todo lo que tiene esta viejo, la cafetera, el menaje, los vasos. Algunos muebles pueden valer, pero en general la decoración y los muebles están obsoletos. Los colchones muy malos, los ventiladores muy ruidosos, el jardín muy grande pero abandonado y muy sucio, impracticable. Una buena propiedad pero muy dejada. Las sábanas tampoco son agradables. Todo viejuno.
