La localisation idéale à 2 pas du Castillet. Facilité de stationnement à proximité.
Le sol sale et certains placards pas nettoyés. 1 seule petite cuillère et 2 couteaux. Presque pas de vaisselle. Impossible de cuisiner dans l'appartement. Pas de réponse de la conciergerie à ces 2 remarques. Difficultés à régler la température de la douche : froide ou bouillante. A noter : prudence dans les escaliers, les marches sont déformées par les années.

Le studio est top , le quartier est très sympa, pas de bruit, l'appartement est magnifique, juste une petit bémol mais rien de gave et qui ne gâche pas l'expérience , pour jeter les poubelle il faut marcher un peu mais sinon l'appartement est fantastique, le quartier est superbe, bon rapport qualité prix, j'espère y revenir en juillet
