O apartamento está muito bem localizado, bem equipado e é bastante confortável. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e disponível. Recomendo para quem quer ficar perto da praia e também visitar a cidade.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa(15 minutos seguro andando) y cerca del centro (20 minutos). El apto está muy bien, bien acondicionado, tiene de todo y el aire acondicionado perfectísimo. Miguel Angel, un 10.

El aire acondicionado, funcionaba bien y para estas fechas de calor, estaba bien. La lavadora a ido muy bien y la ropa la dejaba limpia.
La bañera estaba un poquito deteriorada, el armario de los platos olía un poco fuerte y el lavaplatos también.

Me encantó todo, es un piso súper acogedor , tiene todo lo necesario como para sentirte como en casa, el dueño es súper detallista. Super limpio , muchísima luz.Esta en el centro de Almería a 5 min de las ramblas y a 5 min de la playa , todo lo puedes hacer sin necesidad de transporte público o coche. La zona es super tranquila , se puede descansar. La playa es súper limpia , al lado se encuentra el puerto y está lleno de restaurantes. Lo aconsejo al 100%.😉
Todo no me ha encantado, no puedo poner pegas .
