La cercanía del piso a una playa preciosa, especial para niños y personas mayores. Está a dos calles andando, además justo hay un restaurant de tapas que está de lujo, tanto en precio como en comida, La cabaña del Tío Tom, recomendadisimo.

La empresa que gestiona el alojamiento es una impresentable, llegamos a las 8 pm y no hubo forma de acceder al portal, según la información que te envían por WhatsApp me harían llegar un enlace por la plataforma Yacan para acceder al edificio para luego poder entrar al piso, jamás llegó el enlace y no respondieron a tiempo ni solucionaron, no tienen tlf de contacto, solo el WhatsApp al que no puedes llamar, y te responde una IA reenviando la información que ya tienes, y cuando envíe correo por Booking lo que respondieron fue: LEYÓ LAS INSTRUCCIONES DE LLEGADA?, eso es inaudito…después de 45 min un vecino del portal nos abrió para acceder al edificio, y suerte que la clave del candado donde estaban las llaves del piso coincidía, sino esa noche habríamos dormido en la calle, esto no debe suceder, has pagado por un servicio, además si llevas niños o personas mayores, o con alguna necesidad especial? Es una pena porque el sitio no está mal, pero deja mucha desconfianza quienes gestionan.

Los mandos funcionaban para varios ventiladores lo q hacía q no se pudieran apagar individualmente. No había pilas para todos. La puerta del baño cerraba mal. No había cortinas en una habitación.

We booked this property through Booking.com with Almeria Suite. The apartment itself was very nice—spacious, clean, and well-located, with just a short walk to the beach. It was a comfortable place to stay once we were able to get in. However, our arrival experience was quite stressful. We arrived earlier in the day and were told to return at 15:00 for check-in, which we accepted. Unfortunately, when we came back, we were unable to access the apartment despite following all instructions. After multiple attempts and contacting the owner, we were left waiting until 18:35 before we could finally get in. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with young children who were tired and uncomfortable. It also meant we missed a large part of Easter Sunday, which was disappointing. During the delay, we were genuinely concerned about whether the booking was legitimate and even started looking for alternative accommodation. Overall, while the apartment itself was very good, the check-in process and lack of timely support significantly impacted the start of our stay.
