Great location. Clean. Free parking.

Pullout bed in front room is uncomfortable —better to sleep on the ground. No hot water (only warm) in showers.

The accommodation was fantastic, in a good location, everything was close, the staff was helpful and there was parking.

Nice large apartment in the centre of everything,close to the beach.

The check-in procedure was very challenging as it took us over two hours to access the apartment and parking. As it was the weekend, it stated in the correspondence from the company that they would not respond to WhatsApp and only a local phone number. I highly recommend that you do not take your phone off of airplane mode and pay roaming (assuming you are not someone with a local phone number). We did not get ahold of anyone. No one responded to our requests for check-in assistance until two days after. I can't recall ever booking accommodations in my life and having no one available if you have questions. I am fairly good with tech, but the apps you have to download I found challenging, and it was very frustrating. I was close to just accepting a loss after two hours of trying and no response, but luckily, I finally gained access to the apartment.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location, but let down by very difficult access ( downloading apps that did not work for access) and very late allowable check in time of 4.30 pm when most of Spain allows 3.00 pm. I don't have any negative critique of the apartment itself, other than a stay that could have been enjoyable became very stressful.

This apartment is let down by poor communication both by the Host and booking.com. The host demands you scan passports and give personal details the day before, but waits till the very last moment to send you car-park details and access details. They make you down load apps for supposed access which did not work. Sitting out in the hot sun in Spain at the hottest point of the day is not fun trying to figure out access issues is not the way to start a stay. The host cons you buy saying that they will let you know if the apartment is ready early and this is just not true, you wont get in until 4.30 pm so be warned. We have been on the road for 2 months of a 6 month trip through Europe all booked with Booking.com. This experience has been the hiccup in what has been a successful trip so far. A quite Lovely apartment let down by poor access. Avoid the stress book elsewhere.
