The location. Very closed to the city center. It is also a quiet place. Good for families.
A few things needed to be fixed (sometimes users are not as respectful as they should be) but it was ok. The owner has no agreement with a parking but you can find one closed to the flat.

Le faltaba limpieza en los baños escobilleros sucios duchas sucias en la cocina utensilios sucios con grasa la mesa de cristal sin limpiar

Fantastiskt läge! Nära till ett stort utbud av restauranger och butiker. Parkering utanför på gatan (med lite tur), annars ett stort parkeringsgarage ett par minuters gångväg från lägenheten. Kanon med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin, och bra med dubbla badrum.
Täcken och kuddar skulle behöva en uppgradering.

La almohadas y le falta un poquito más de limpieza y algunos muebles estaban muy deteriorados y algunas manchas en l sofá y tb muy incómodo el sofá.
