La facilidad de aparcar. Muy bien equipada la cocina, con electrodomésticos de todo tipo. Tiene suficiente iluminación. También dispone de climatización y ventiladores de techo. Las camas están completas con sábanas y mantas. El baño dispone de toallas suficientes para todos los inquilinos.
El barrio está un poco descuidado por parte del Ayuntamiento. Haría falta una percha en el baño para poder colgar bien las toallas de un día para otro. La luz del salón alumbra un poco justa y habría que reforzarla.
