Prachtige ligging met zicht op zee en de haven. Op loopafstand van historisch centrum. Eigen parkeerplaats in garage. Rustig appartementen complex. Aardige eigenaar, flexibel.
Voordeur complex was lastig te openen, aardige voorbijgangers hielpen een handje.
