Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. The communication was nice and helpful (after switching to WhatsApp). The (self) check-in was easy. The room itself was as described, clean and comfortable. We had one that had the windows to the backside which we appreciated as we didn't had to deal with any street noise. There was a fridge, coffemaker (including coffee and tea) and some treats (little biscuits and snacks) for free. The Jacuzzi was the highlight; it was really refreshing after the flight and we were lucky to have the terrace all for ourselves. The location of the hotel is great, we found shopping and eating options in walking distance. The big bummer was the parking option which I will mention separately.
The parking option is crazy expensive. We used the filter options to only see hotels which have parking options. But in that case that means you can use a public parking garage for 3€/hour without (!) a maximum per day. In our case it were 42€ (!) extra which almost doubled the price for the stay.
Another point of concern is that there was noone at the hotel. The reception was always empty so it is online-communication only.

De jacuzzi moet je vooraf (prive) reserveren voor 1 uur. Dit kan vanaf de incheck tijd, dus je moet erg snel zijn

N/A but it’s a residential area, but very close (25min or so walk) to the old quarter etc.
