Clean and well maintained!

The area it is located in was dirty and it was very difficult to find a place to eat!

Communication and assistance from the staff was amazing. This was our third booking while visiting Italy, all stays in different hotels, this booking was easy to find due to the great directions from the staff. The room was small but had all that we needed and it was very clean. After 10 days in Italy where the language barrier caused a lot of frustration, it is really nice to have this host contact us with clear instructions, greet us when we arrived to answer questions, and helped us arrange for a taxi to the airport. All of these things were a struggle in our previous bookings at other hotels.

Actually, the only things that could have been better are not things that can be changed, just things to be aware of prior to booking. The airport is very close so if the noise bothers you, don't stay here. We did not mind the noise. It is in primarily in a neighborhood with a lot of apartments. There are a few pizzerias nearby within walking distance, but don't expect to see a variety of places to eat, you will need to get a taxi into another area for that.

The neighborhood is terrible, dirty and doesn’t look safety. We chose it because it was announced that it is close to airport ( 1 km). But in fact it was distance just directly ( maybe with help of helicopter) and if you are walking it takes about 40-45 minutes. Smell of cigarettes in the room, breakfast is super poor - I can’t even call it breakfast- 1 yougurt and cookies from supermarket in Cellophane packaging ,small pack of juice and small pack of milk. We left for airport absolutely hungry.
