Clean and comfortable room. We spoke with the staff remotely but they were very nice and helpful. The experience exceeded our expectations :) The location is close to the airport - it took us a few minutes to get there by taxi.

Lovely flat. Good communication at first.
Price for my dog to stay. Cost hidden in small print. Took 3 hours for room to get warm so that wasn't good.
