Nuestra estancia en Nápoles ha sido una experiencia muy bonita. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, todo funcionaba perfectamente, la terraza era muy amplia y salía a ambos lados de las calles. El barrio es muy auténtico y permite conocer el verdadero ambiente napolitano. Cada día se instala un mercadillo de frutas y verduras justo debajo del apartamento, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial y cercana a la vida local. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, manteniendo contacto constante con nosotros a través de WhatsApp y respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier consulta. Además, las indicaciones para llegar fueron muy claras y sencillas. También nos ayudaron a organizar el traslado al aeropuerto. Lo solicitamos por WhatsApp y, a las 6 de la mañana, ya nos esperaba una persona para llevarnos, lo que resultó muy cómodo y profesional. En general, estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia para descubrir cómo es realmente Nápoles y conocer de cerca a su gente.
Como recomendación - sería bueno cambiar las toallas durante de la estancia.
