La situació de l'apartament: en una zona tranquil·la en comparació al centre de Tropea i molt a la vora. La neteja i la situació de l'aire condicionat de la zona d'estar-cuina-menjador que permet tenir-lo encés sense haver d'engegar els de les habitacions i així no haver de patir corrents d'aire i sorolls. Hi ha aparcament lliure però en època d'estiu pot resultar complicat aparcar, per sort nosaltres vam trobar un forat i allí vam deixar el cotxe durant tres dies.
L'estat de l'exterior de l'edifici. El tendal del balcó. El llit petit de la segona habitació. L'aïllament acústic de tot l'apartament, senties els veïns com si fossin dins del pis.

Vybavenie a cistota apartmanu bola v poriadku, je v podstate prerobeny a vnutro je uplne v poriadku, vadilo mi ze to bolo akoby v bytovom dome, kde boli hlucni susedia a okolie tej bytovky bolo take… no nebolo to historicke centrum. Komunikacia bola v najlepsom poriadku.
Bolo to akoby na okraji centra mesta v bytovke s niekolkymi bytmi kde bolo velmi pocut susedov ked isli s hlucnymi detmi do/z bytu. To okolie bolo take neupravene, centrum Tropei je krasne ale tieto odlahle casti su take vselijake. Ale zase do centra je to len kusok, cize vzdialenost je dobra. Z balkona je bocny vyhlad na more, ale zase to nie je taky balkon na ktorom by ste chceli travit vela casu… mozno tak z rana ked je tam este prijemne

The host is very friendly and responsive to queries. We were allowed to drop-off our bags earlier and check in a bit earlier. The location of the appartment (located in the bigger house with other apartments were locals live) is very convenient, close to the city center, to beaches and caffes.
Considering the price, we expected more comfort. The kitchen was poorly equipped – only three spoons, forks, and knives, with basic items like kitchen towels or paper roll missing. What is standard in other 4-star apartments was presented here as an 'extra welcome kit' (small sachets of oil, salt, and pepper).
Next, the apartment is not soundproof at all – we could clearly hear noise from neighbors on all sides, which made our stay loud and uncomfortable.
