The evening before my arrival, i send an email with my ETA. I received a very friendly answer, telling me we open at 2, but if you arrive at one, no problem, no disturbance we let you in

I arrived at 1.15, called the house, and a very unfriendly woman answered, and wouldn't let me in. I told her about the email. She said, oh that was my husband, and then she let me in. After familiarizing myself with the place i wanted to use the washing machine. There was no detergent. I called the lady, and asked for some laundry detergent. She told me to go to the shop and buy it myself. I said what?, you want me to go buy a bottle, for just using the machine ? She said yes. After this my interaction with her was finished. There was also no soap or shampoo in the respective containers. Very unfriendly behavior.
