Apartamento muy espacioso. Tiene refrigerador, microondas y aunque no lo utilizamos tiene cocina de inducción, utensilios de cocina, plancha, secadora de pelo, lavadora. Es muy confortable. Muy bien para el precio. El dueño nos mandó todas las instrucciones y hasta un vídeo orientando como llegar en coche y los lugares donde se podía parquear. Encontramos parqueo relativamente cerca. El dueño responde rápido a cualquier duda. Recomendado el alojamiento 🏨.
Requiere preparación física para caminar por el barrio y Jaén en general 😃. Hay que subir calles empinadas y escaleras por todos los sitios. Manejar es complejo por calles muy estrechas y empinadas.

El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos, bonito, moderno y cómodo.
Lo único mal es que había un ruido como de un motor en la habitación, en el techo.

El piso está genial, limpieza 100%, con todas las comodidades. Se aparca relativamente cerca incluso en la puerta si tienes suerte.

Céntrico
Apartamento difícil de encontrar y con aparcamiento complicado. Tuvimos la suerte de encontrar sitio para aparcar delante del apartamento. Muy mejorable en cuanto a equipamiento. Si vas con maletas complicado.
