The owner was super lovely and it's a great price, the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and complimentary tea/coffee/sugar etc. The bed is comfy and the bathroom was clean.
The shower only has cold water, which I didn't mind due to the hot weather but it's unfortunate for those who prefer hot showers.
