L'emplacement nickel proche de tout, commerces, bars, restos, métros, la place de parking proche du logement, clés faciles à récupérer, appartement pratique et fonctionnel . Interlocuteur joignable.
wc très petit, il ne faut pas être trop grand, appartement qui mériterait de meilleures finitions, il a un super potentiel, quelques améliorations pourraient être encore effectuées, largement suffisantes pour un court séjour

Appartement très bien situé. Calme car il ne donne sur la rue mais sur une cour. Parking en supplément à 5 mn à pied très pratique et bien moins cher.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très vivant et n'en demeure pas moins relativement calme.
Je n'ai pas aimé à avoir à réclamer le remboursement de la caution après plusieurs jours, le drap de lit trop petit pour le matelas (c'est très inconfortable), un étonnant bruit de soufflerie (très fort) la première nuit, le fait que le canapé lit n'avait pas été préparé pour le couchage (en dépit de notre volonté exprimée)... Bref, tout cela sent l'amateurisme...
