The location is above shopping center/ mall. It has gym, swimming pool that can be used for free. They even provide some water bottles for our stay.

The room provided is very clean and the host is very friendly. Location wise is excellent as it is directly connected to the mall. Surprisingly everything is available downstairs with a lot of food n drink options.

The location is excellent since Pakuwon Mall is right next door, so it was extremely convenient for food and shopping. The staff were also helpful, waiting for us for our late 11pm check-in and bringing us four extra towels when we asked. The pool is just outside and there is also a gym.

The room is very small for two people, with barely enough space to open our luggage. There were quite a few small maintenance and usability issues: the towel hooks and floating shelf under the TV came loose, the towels had a slight smell, and the hairdryer was very weak. The bathroom was also awkwardly designed, with no toilet roll holder beside the toilet, low shower pressure but an overly strong bidet, and the toilet area getting wet when showering. The bed was too soft for my mum, although thankfully the firmer sofa bed gave her another option. It was also confusing that the listing is called “Modern Living,” as the building is actually Orchard Tanglin. We had trouble finding it from the mall and had to use Orchard Tanglin instead when booking Grab rides.
