Locatie is uitstekend. Privé parkeerplaats is ook erg handig.
De accommodatie is wat gedateerd. De meubels zijn oud en versleten en sommige beetje plakkerig vies. Zo ook de slaapbank die echt doorzakt en een super dun matras heeft. Gelukkig sliepen onze kleine kinderen daar en was het geen probleem. Volwassenen gaan daar niet normaal op slapen. Verder is de badkamer klein, oud en schimmelig. Het hout in de badkamermeubels is vochtig, de kitranden zijn beschimmeld. De messing douche werkt goed maar is wel oud en een beetje gammel. De lakens en handdoeken waren muffig. Algeheel was het apartement niet goed schoon in onze ogen.
