L'appartement est agréable et bien entretenu. L'accès en autonomie est pratique, mais un peu compliqué. Il faut bien lire les indications qui sont très claires.
Non n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans l'appartement. Une nuit d'hiver en période de grand froid. Le chauffage collectif de l'immeuble était bruitant et à peine assez efficace.

L'appartement est traversant avec de beaux espaces et une attention portée à l'accueil des résidents (papier toilette, café, serviettes de rechange...). Il est bien situé et les espaces sont agréables à vivre à plusieurs, avec deux belles chambres situées aux extrémités. Un grand merci pour les informations données par nos hôtes en particulier pour l'évacuation des poubelles. Un séjour très agréable. Merci !
Petit point à prévoir de temps à autres, le nettoyage de la couette.

It is essential that prospective renters be aware that there is a $500 euros deposit to be made in order to access the property BEFORE booking the property.
Due to miscommunication and poor internet /tel service during our trip we were not able to access the property because we did not make the deposit and lost the entire rent. We stayed in a hotel in front of the old town instead. So I cannot comment on how the property looked from the inside.
However, from the street the building is not in an attractive area but is within walking distance of the old town which is beautiful. There is free parking within 5 min walking to the property.
