Go next door, same money better hotel…

In theory the property is fine, could be so much better however, it’s the little things…

It’s a big building which houses many guests, which means it’s pretty busy. The elevators are therefore a huge issue, spend ages waiting for one, and it will take you an age to get to your floor. They have multiple elevators, if they split this into quartiles it would give everyone a better experience. Cockroaches in the room. (38 floors up) Pool riverside - be nice if it had a mini bar or something, but it’s also extraordinarily warm. Like a sauna. Hotel pools generally manage to keep it cool - these guys didn’t bother. WiFi absolutely sucks. Having to work from home for a couple of days meant I had to leave to Starbucks to work, even just jumping a call with a friend was hopeless. The joke is, a router is in the room that no knows the password for as it drives the TV connection - ask the bloody owner ! As I say has huge potential, and for the price you’d expect a different approach, as raise any of these issues you just get contacted by an agent who doesn’t have a club whats happening at the hotel. Also when booking advertises price includes all taxes, it absolutely doesn’t….

Al departamento le faltaba mantenimiento. Veladores que no funcionaban, extractor de aire del baño suite tampoco, cafetera no funcionaban, de la cocina solo funcionaba una hornalla. El wi fi pésimo, para conéctame tenía que bajar al lobby. Si bien Zello se comunicaba para saber cómo estaba todo, no lograron solucionar nada satisfactoriamente durante nuestra estadía . En definitiva DECEPCIONANTE. No lo recomiendo. Obviamente no volveré a alojarme con esta empresa
