Czysto, dość blisko centrum, jasne wskazówki dotyczące zameldowania. Spoko miejscówka na kilkudniowy citybreak

W łóżku wypadały deski ze stelaża. Dało się spać ale było średnio komfortowo.

Lokacija je u redu, blizu je stajališta gradskog prevoza (mada autobusi idu po principu kad naiđu, jer se red vožnje ne poštuje), a i blizu je centra grada, katedrale itd. Klima odlično radi i lepo je što soba poseduje frižider. Takođe, roletne su super, jer se soba može dobro zamračiti.

Na prvom mestu komunikacija sa vlasnicom/osobom koja je zadužena za kontakt sa gostima. Nije nam odgovarala na poruke i nije se javljala na telefon sve do pred ček-in. Sedeli smo na trotoaru na 40 stepeni i čekali da nam pošalje instrukcije za ulazak u zgradu i stan. Takođe, kada ih je poslala, poruke su bile na italijanskom. Smatram to pomalo neprofesionalnim, budući da bi stranim gostima trebalo pisati na engleskom jeziku. U sobi se od posuđa i pribora za ručavanje ne nalazi apsolutno ništa, osim dve male čaše. Razumem da smeštajna jedinica nema kuhinju, ali bi trebalo ubaciti bar dve šolje za kafu, dva tanjira i nešto od escajga. Naposletku, jedan set peškira je bio u redu, dok se drugi neprijatno osećao na buđ.

Big plus on the price and the easy check in instructions. It was a bit hard to find the right place at first, with a small sign and a discreet wooden door. The apartment was beautiful with two separate bedrooms, one with airconditioning and another one with a fan. The living room was mixed with the kitchen also had a air conditioner so it made a great place to escape the most intense heat after exploring the city during the morning and lunch. The beds were really comfortable, and the area was quiet and is near to restaurants, bakeries, convinencestores and pharmacies. It was also close to the city center, to enjoy a walk or find a cheap uber. The information we got before arriving and during our stay was communicative and easy to understand.

The biggest suprise, (could have been investigated beforehand) was that you had to throw your toiletpaper in a bin, instead of flushing it. So with sharing the apartments with my friends, we were a bit upset with that. The kitchenware and glasses were not completely washed. Be ready to pay for tourist tax and an additional 2 eur /night/visitor. Also, be aware that the apartments is on the third floor without an elevator. (Not a problem for us, but a warning for elders that might look at booking this apartment.)

Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und die Unterkunft war verhältnismäßig günstig.

Lage in einer heruntergekommenen Gegend, 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Man müsste bessere Fotos machen und explizit drauf hinweisen, dass das Bad nur durch einen mit anderen Parteien geteilten Flur erreicht werden kann. Durch den geteilten Flur hat man laute Nachbarn mitten in der Nacht gut gehört. Die Matratze durchgelegen und die Kissen viel zu hoch. Das Bad war nicht sauber, die Dusche war verschimmelt und verrostet. Am 2. Tag hatten wir auf einmal kein Wasser mehr, nach ein paar Stunden kam dann aber jemand, um das Problem zu lösen.
