We had a great stay at City Loft Napoli when visiting Naples. The apartment was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with huge windows and all mod cons. The beds were great, the kitchen - well-equipped, and the bathroom - perfect for our needs. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with easy (but secure) gated access from the street. Giada was a phenomenal host. On arrival, we managed to forget our suitcase in the taxi (you can only pay in cash for taxis, and we had to go to a cashpoint), which created a lot of stress and upheaval. Giada was incredibly helpful and proactive, helping us recover our possessions within 24 hours. She communicated with us and did her absolute best to progress the search, even taking me on her scooter to the port and the railway station and later placing an advert on Facebook. We hugely appreciated her empathy and help, feeling very lucky that she was our host. On the last day, she was able to secure safe luggage storage for us as well (she was not taking any chances on that front!). We would happily go back to Giada's apartment when visiting Naples in the future. If you book City Loft Napoli, you are in safe hands!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in the hustle and bustle of Naples and cannot think of anything that could be improved.

Nos encanto la ubicación, porque esta al lado de la estación de metro central. Decoración monísima!. Limpieza perfecta. Una estancia super agradable.
Por decir un pero.... lo único, la cama individual un poco incomoda pues mi hijo es alto y es pequeña jeje

Нам очень понравилось! Рекомендуем! Район слегка неуютный, но если вы не одинокая девушка, то это место будет вам комфортным! Если будем планировать повторно приехать в Неаполь, остановимся в этом же доме. Очень близко к вокзалу ! Рядом супермаркет, днем этот район достаточно . Рядом классные пиццерии и кафешки. Хозяйка дала отличные рекомендации где и что поесть. Хотя, конечно, сам город Неаполь весь очень грязный. Но мы там были ради Везувия и Помпеи, поэтому, нам все понравилось. Ведь сама квартира очень хорошая, рядом с транспортом, так что бронируйте, не сомневайтесь.
Классная квартира, интересно оформлена, все необходимое есть, можно пятерым взрослым жить без дискомфорта

Możliwość dojścia pieszo z lotniska jak i dojście do centrum miasta.Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
Czasami w trakcie nocy było słychać trzaśniecie drzwiami wejściowymi na dziedziniec,ale ogólnie cisza.
