The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable and very close to Napoli Centrale, right around the corner, less than 2 minute walk. Communication was exceptional and the directions to access the apartment were very precise and easy. Although we didn’t use the washer and dryer, it was a very nice feature. Being right next to the station the surrounding area can look a bit rough but we were out at night walking to get a bite to eat and no one bothered us. We felt safe.

It was near to the Napoli Centrale station. There was a lift, although you still had a few steps. Owner was responsive. Thankfully we only stayed one night.
The lift needs 10cents to work and coins were provided in the apartment.
It was not as clean as I would expect.
The area near train station is rough.
We had issues with the heating system and someone had to come to help fix it.
