The apartment was nice, clean, and the kitchen well equipped.

It’s difficult to reach the apartment, with no signs, no number in the building, and long stairs up and down (which, granted, is not so uncommon in Zermatt). The photos of the property showed a view of the matterhorn when there isn’t and the owner was dismissive. However, booking.com save the day with a quick and professional solution.

Large and comfortable

The cleanliness was not satisfactory, and I am still awaiting a refund of CHF 180 from Homeflow.ch rental company.
