Appartement tres bien équipé et très bien situé. Quartier calme avec supérette et laverie proche. Proche commerces et restaurants
La place de parking est assez étroite. Difficile de rentrer dans son véhicule si quelqu'un est stationné à côté. Heureusement, gruissan permet de se déplacer à pied, à vélo ou en navettes gratuites

Kleine aber sehr schöne Wohnung für zu zweit. Dass die Wohnung im vierten Stock war, hat uns nicht gestört. In der Wohnung ist alles sehr praktisch eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts.

La vue et le livret d accueil.emplacement a cote du port principal
Le 4eme etage /appartement tres petit pas fait pour des personnes fortes et tres minimaliste pour le confort . Les appareils electromenagers .pas de lave linge alors que nous somme au 4 eme beaucoup d aller retour au lavoir tres petit frigo voir vraiment trop petit et aucune communication avec le loueur ?
