Bon emplacement avec vue sur le port Proche de restaurant Petit mais suffisamment équipée Parking gratuit pas loin
L’entree et meme la sortie de la résidence nécessite d’avoir le badge vigik. Quand on est deux faudra au moins donner 2 clefs Pas du tout pratique quand une seule personne veut sortir. Un peu de poussière dans des coins de l’appartement et la SdB Faible éclairage, faut mettre des ampoules plus puissante. Je met quand meme un 10 pour le coté positif et pour encourager a améliorer

On nous a mis devant le fait accompli pour la caution (non prévue au contrat). Caution restituée 2 semaines après notre départ!
