Apartment very well located next to the port, shops and restaurants (while being exposed to a quiet area) and 10 minutes walk from the beach of Grazels. Bright living room and bedroom!
PRIVATE POOL at the residence which is being renovated, the liner and paving will be brand new this summer! :))

The apartment has a 160cm king-size sofa bed, a bright logia (like a balcony that can be left open or closed to protect yourself from the wind, the main enemy of the ;) region), a TV, a kitchen area with large fridge + freezer, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... A washing machine
A bathroom /WC
A bedroom with double beds and a window to the outside without vis-à-vis (I specify because not all apartments open onto an external window, bcp overlook the collective corridor)
Small dogs allowed ON REQUEST
