Elegant and Comfortable Studio Jouvenet

It's a beautiful studio in a great location, with a boulangerie just 50m away and easy bus and metro public transport. We were a family of 3 and a dog, and it was comfortable and with enough space for a breakfast - we didn't get to cook at the property. Communication with the host was always efficient and clear.

Despite agreeing with the host, there was a lady (syndic?) at our arrival that told us that pets are not allowed in the building. It was super hot in Paris, and a standing fan would have been useful for a decent night of sleep. Picking and dropping off the keys in a different address was somehow annoying, especially if you have to drive and/or have many bags. As a preparation for the ckeck-out, we could not find the trash/recycling containers at the underground level, but one of them was in front of the building and we used it.

Logement en accord avec le descriptif et parfait pour un couple. L'equipement est adapté pour 2 personnes et le lit principal est tres confortable. Emplacement au calme absolu pour Paris, proprete irreprochable, acces tres facile.

Je mets un bemol sur le confort a cause du lit d'appoint qui est tres inconfortable. Nous etions 3 personnes et ma fille a du dormir sur le canape lit. Mais le matelas est extremement fin et tres dur, donc elle a passé 3 mauvaises nuits. En rapport avec le prix du logement, le confort du second couchage est insuffisant. L'equipement de la cuisine est egalement leger pour plus de deux personnes.
